Welcome HBY Friends!
What we offer here - Science Based Practice
At HBY, we honor the thousand-year-old Indian tradition at the heart of yoga, drawing from the deep wisdom of all 8 limbs, as outlined in the ancient texts of Patanjali. Our offerings blend this sacred lineage with modern scientific research to create transformative private sessions and group classes. We believe that yoga is more than just physical movement—it's a journey of self-discovery and connection, both to yourself and the world around you.
Through mindful practice, we invite you to explore your body and spirit with reverence for the tradition that gave rise to yoga. Our approach allows you to engage with ancient practices while adapting them to your unique path, ensuring an authentic, accessible, and personalized experience. Join us at HBY, where tradition meets modern insight, and discover the profound benefits of a practice rooted in both ancient wisdom and contemporary understanding.
