Live-Stream or In-Person Flow Class

Shift Yoga Studio       |        7am Mondays & Fridays

Our Flow class moves at a brisker pace then our Slow Flow classes.  These classes will be an enjoyable journey of continuous movement.  We will explore a little more in a Flow class than we do in Slow Flow. We will break a little sweat and challenge ourselves.  Growth is a guarantee in our Flow classes and we look forward to flowing with you.

Meet Hatha Breathe Yoga

As an Army Veteran and an Engineer at NASA, Cierra doesn't fail to appreciate the unique and quiet introspective curiosity that yoga brings to ones' life.

Cierra received her RYT-200 in Hatha Yoga in the summer of 2018 and has continued her studies earning certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin, Yoga for All, Trauma Informed Yoga, Science of the Private Lesson and is currently working on her 300-hour program.

She offers a warm welcoming space to become present and explore the interconnectedness of breath, body and mind. Her classes focus on feeling the alignment through learning movement skills, and asana execution that is organic to each students' body.

Cierra's principle intention is to share the practice in a way that is available to everyone - to meet people where they are, as they are.
